Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Here's what we collect and why.

What we collect: • Account information (name, email) — to create your account • Portfolio holdings — to personalize your brief and analysis features • Decision journal entries — synced to your account so your brief can reference them and so they follow you across devices • Usage and analytics data — to understand how the product is used and improve it • Delivery preferences — to send your brief at the right time

How your data is stored: When you are signed in, your holdings and decision journal are saved to your account in our database, so features like the personalized brief can use them and so they're available on any device you sign in from. Some interface state (theme preference, last active tab, and unsaved drafts such as morning plans) is kept only in your browser's localStorage.

Analytics and third-party processors: We use third-party analytics to understand product usage. On the production site these may set cookies and receive usage events: • Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and event analytics • Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session analytics; input fields and text are masked • PostHog — product analytics; a person profile is created only for signed-in users, keyed to your email • Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic metrics • Sentry — error monitoring

What we DO NOT do: • We never sell your personal data to third parties • We never sell your portfolio data • We never share your holdings with advertisers • We never use your data for trading purposes

Automated analysis: Your portfolio data is sent to Anthropic (the Claude models) to generate personalized briefings and analysis. Anthropic does not retain this data after processing and does not train on it. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details.

Data storage: Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit.

Your rights — export and deletion: You can export all of your data as a JSON file, or permanently delete your account and all associated data, at any time from Settings. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription. Deletion is immediate; residual backups are purged on our provider's rolling schedule (within 30 days).
